RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes things change. Provided that you return goods within 14 days of receiving them, then we’re happy for you to return goods for a refund. This is provided that the goods are in an unopened, undamaged and re-sellable condition.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1) Email Returns@LindThomas.com to receive a Goods Return form, quoting your order number.
2) Carefully package your items in such a way as to avoid damage in transit. Include the Return Item Form within the packaging. If you fail to include this form, we will be unable to link you to the returned product and you will not receive a refund.
3) Post your return to us using tracked delivery.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of items being received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
The amount to be refunded will be calculated as the value of returned goods less the price of sending those goods to you.
In all circumstances, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
RETURNS OF SPECIAL OFFERS
If you are cancelling or returning items bought within a special offer, such as a multi-buy, you will be refunded the amount paid less the sum of the full price of the Goods kept (where the full price of the Goods kept shall be that as if the Goods were bought not within the special offer) and delivery cost of us sending the Goods to you.
WRONG OR FAULTY GOODS
We check every product multiple times before it is delivered to you. Given the popularity of our products, on very rare occasions wrong or faulty goods may by be sent to you by accident.
If this happens to you, then we apologise for the situation.
We ask that you email Hello@LindThomas.com and let us know:-
a) your name and telephone number
b) your order number
c) details of the product received
d) details of the product you ordered
e) details of any fault if there is one.
f) whether your require a replacement or a refund
g) photo of the product received
One of our team will then contact you to process the return separately.
